The Citroen's use of hydro-pneumatic suspension hardly needs any introduction here, but it did the the car ridiculously comfortable, and bathed in a perfect evening light in these photographs, it's certainly a very elegant car indeed.
In fact I think it's a beautiful car - the curves are wonderful and little touches like the concave rear window mean that Citroen could do without a rear windscreen wiper. Why make do when you can just design the thing in the right way to start with, right?
